SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Need to cancel your Zero Waste Box order?
Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting our Customer Care team. Once your order has been marked as shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Return/Refund Order (EU Right of Withdrawal)
Once an order has shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal  within 14 days from the delivery of the order.

Returned boxes must be shipped back to TerraCycle in the original packaging at the cost of the customer. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please Click here and fill out the form - mentioning “EU Right of Withdrawal” in the subject line to exercise your right to withdrawal. 

Once your form or email has been sent, we will confirm receipt of your request - at which point you can proceed to return the product to the following address:

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. The item must be shipped back to TerraCycle at your own cost.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
